Osh Bazaar, located in the western part of Bishkek. You can quite easily walk there from the centre (half an hour walk), but many buses and vans go there too. At Osh bazaar, you can get food products, almost any common household good, clothes, Kyrgyz souvenirs, as well as musical instruments. Typical Kyrgyz national clothes, sold in the national goods section, are commonly sewn at the bazaar at a sewer's guild named "Kyyal" (meaning "fantasy" or "dream" in Kyrgyz), and may be special ordered (for size, colour, etc.) through the bazaar vendors.

It also is a great place to shoot some nice colourful pictures, as long as you are polite and ask the people if they don't mind being on a picture. Some will even really enjoy it and if you try and speak some Kyrgyz or at least Russian, the friendly Kyrgyz people will be delighted to feature in a picture. You can also have a nice view on the Ala-Archa mountain range from here.
